The Companion Builders welcome et accompany of volunteers en civic service commitment from 18 to 30 years old who are committed to a mission of social integration through housing and civic engagement. IThey participate in collective activities, solidarity and participatory mutual aid projects with residents in difficulty. During their mission, they develop and structure their plans for the future with their social and volunteer coordinator, Martine BELDOR.

After training in the building industry, I joined the Compagnons Bâtisseurs because they are recognized for their excellent work in Saint Martin and I wanted to join a team of solidarity civic services to help people who are most in difficulty. I wanted to increase my experience in the field of construction, and after more in various fields of the second work. In the future, my project is to open my own business and become a micro-entrepreneur. I also completed the Je Deviens Entrepreneur training course at ADIE during my civic service mission which has just ended. I would like to thank the Compagnons Bâtisseurs for having accompanied me during my mission and for having taken my project into account and especially for having organized workshops on business creation.
