Following the difficulties of joint ownership and the request expressed to the Keeper of the Seals last February, a mission relating to the land situation in the community of Saint-Martin has just been decided by the Minister for Overseas Territories, the Keeper seals of the Minister of Justice and the Minister Delegate in charge of Public Accounts.
This mission will be led by members of the General Inspectorate of Finance, the General Inspectorate of Administration and the General Inspectorate of Justice. They will travel to Saint-Martin to meet local actors in order to take stock of the situation and recommend solutions to current difficulties.
