the community of Saint-Martin has opened an additional public inquiry under Articles L 123-14, R 123-9 to R 123-12 and R 123-23 of the Environment Code, the revision project the natural risk prevention plan (PPRN) for cyclonic hazards.
The file of the risk prevention plan project (PPRN) for the cyclonic hazard and a complementary public inquiry register
are deposited at the prefecture of Saint-Barthélemy and Saint-Martin located at number 23 rue de Spring - 97150 St-Martin seat of the public inquiry,
from Monday September 13, 2021 to Monday September 27, 2021 inclusive, where interested persons can consult the project file during working days and during normal office opening hours:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 8:00 a.m. to 13:00 p.m. and 14:00 p.m. to 16:30 p.m.
Wednesday and Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 13:00 p.m.
During this same period, interested persons can record their observations, proposals and counter-proposals on the project,
on the register of additional public inquiry opened for this purpose at the prefecture of Saint-Barthélemy and Saint-Martin located at number
23, rue de Spring - 97150 St-Martin, during working days and during normal office hours:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 8:00 a.m. to 13:00 p.m. and 14:00 p.m. to 16:30 p.m.,
Wednesday and Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 13:00 p.m.
or send them in writing to the commission of inquiry at the prefecture of Saint-Barthélemy and Saint-Martin or by email to the following address:

To be taken into account, correspondence must reach the prefecture of Saint-Barthélemy and Saint-Martin at the latest Monday, September 27, 2021 at 12:00 p.m., closing date of the public inquiry.
