The Pelicarus association responded to the call for projects launched by the Interministerial Delegation for Equal Opportunities in order to support overseas students in mainland France during this health crisis.
"With the help of the French Overseas Ministry and in collaboration with the Collectivité of Saint-Martin, we want to renew our action towards all scholarship and non-scholarship students studying in France and overseas", underline the members of the association.
