A crane which digs and trucks which carry the sand towards Sint Maarten to then return to dump the earth on the ground: clearing works are in progress on the vacant lot located in front of the old Dreams.

The workers present on the site did not wish to communicate the name of the owner of the land or of the company commissioned to carry out the work but assured "that we are not building anything".
