Taste Week, which celebrates its 26th anniversary, will begin next Monday. Initiated by the Collective du Sucre, this event is an opportunity for schools to set up workshops.
At Soualiga College, pupils in the sixth and certain fifth grades will be able to participate in several workshops on juice, bread and fruit. Sensitive to the pleasure of flavors, some students may want to head for the food trades. This animation on taste, which will take place from 8h to 12h, will allow each class to benefit from two hours of activities, explains the college. The workshops will be led by several members of the educational team.
