• Next session PERMIT OPERATING (for obtaining a restaurant license or a debit

October 23 to 25, 2017

This training is intended, since April 2, 2007, for any future operator when opening, transferring, translating or transferring a license to sell beverages (license II, III and IV ) and, since April 1, 2009, to any person declaring the opening of an establishment provided with the “small restaurant license” or the “restaurant” license.

• Next HYGIENE session FOOD on October 26 and 27, 2017 

Learn to identify the main principles of regulation in relation to commercial catering, to analyze the risks linked to insufficient hygiene and to apply the principles of hygiene in commercial catering.

. Next session PRE-INSTALLATION INTERNSHIP from October 16 to 20, 2017

The purpose of this internship is, through courses and practical work, to enable future leaders to know the conditions of their installation, funding problems, techniques for forecasting and controlling their exploitation, to measure the knowledge essential to the sustainability of their business and to inform them about the possibilities of continuous training adapted to their situation.
