As part of the 2017 carnival, the 6th edition of the “Lighted Parade”, organized by Rio Productions, will take place on Saturday in the streets of Philipsburg from 20pm, from Ring Road. The T-shirts for the occasion sold out quickly and the last batch is expected to leave shortly, the organizer said. “T-shirt sales are much faster this year due to our special collaboration with NBA and the Soggy Dollar bar,” said Brenda Wathey, President of Rio Productions. After the parade, participants can continue to party at the Soggy Dollar club with the “Carnival Turn Up” evening, hosted by Michael Angelo. DJ Maestro, DJ Big Boss, Lil 'R, Siwroo, Khidd & MC Sohype will be on the decks. _EH
