The Executive Council met on Wednesday, October 10, and ruled on a point entitled "Replacement of the territorial advisers sitting on the board of directors of the Caisse Territoriale des Œuvres Scolaires".
Given the deliberation CT 01-02-2017 dated April 2, 2017 relating to the delegation of powers from the territorial council to the executive council for the replacement of members who have resigned from external organizations, the EC proceeded to the appointment of the following elected officials:
• Pascale LABORDE
• Marie-Dominique RAMPHORT
• Raj CHARBHE
• Mireille MEUS
• Jean-Sebastien HAMLET
• Annick Petrus
• Marthe Ogoundele-Tessi
This deliberation was voted by majority: 4 votes for and 1 vote against.
The new Board of CTOS should meet soon to elect the president and vice-president and renew the members representing the partner bodies.
The President clarified during the meeting that he had taken note of the decision of the 7 elected members of the Board of Directors of CTOS to resign on September 4 and wanted to work in transparency and efficiency.
The Executive Council therefore deliberated and proceeded to the appointment of the new elected representatives representing the community on the Board of Directors of the CTOS.
