Eleven students were selected on file, then on interview, for the trilingual BTS in hotel and catering, option A, which started at the end of November.
"There were about twenty candidates for this training," said Roger Annerose, advisor to Greta, when the hotel / restaurant / tourism center of excellence was launched at Greta in Concordia. “Among the selection criteria, a knowledge base, a certain level in languages, personality and the desire for these very technical trades”, adds Philippe Thévenet, spokesperson for the hoteliers association. The training includes 33 weeks of courses and 39 weeks in business, with an internship abroad. Note that the launch of the BTS hotel and catering option B (culinary arts) will take place next year, and that of the BTS tourism in 2018.
