The Saint-Martin badminton club organized a training course last weekend, the MODEF, which means training module.
It was carried out within an hourly quota of 15 hours. All the theoretical part took place on Saturday morning then Sunday morning in a room of the Cloud company in Marigot.
The badists also took the opportunity to hit the steering wheel during games that were certainly friendly but also intense!
The trainer, Didier Nourry, employee of the Guadeloupe league came to Saint-Martin for the occasion. This training allows students to acquire the correct badminton skills as well as the different tactics used during the 5 types of badminton game: men's and women's singles, men's doubles, ladies' doubles and mixed doubles.
This training leads to a certificate which then gives access to the training of facilitator and coach. Nine badists from the SXM club have followed this training.
