ASSOCIATION: Sem Ta Route offers a great end-of-year party to its young people

This Thursday, December 22, the association Sem Ta Route of Quartier d'Orléans had concocted a closing evening of the year worthy of the most beautiful events of this last month of 2022.

It was from 19:30 p.m. that the entire team of the association celebrated the end of the year at the Center Social Hope 978 in Quartier d'Orléans. The atmosphere was magical and the air filled with solidarity in line with the actions carried out by this association which works daily to create and strengthen social ties in the neighborhood. For this closing party, the children themselves prepared the costumes they wore during their dancing and singing performances performed on the stage set up for the occasion and protected by a marquee thanks to EETS. The success of this evening and of the artistic representation would not have been possible without the combined talent of several partner associations and companies that the organization particularly wanted to thank, including the Swali-Ka associations which honored the gwoka , a rhythmic and emblematic musical genre from Guadeloupe, the Offset Production association, the Jeunesse Avenir et Réussite association headed by Benjamin and Kristy, SXM Gorilla Squad, the Baby Dou crèche, the Nature is the Key association of Sandy Ground, chaired by Juliette Irish, who collaborates with Sem Ta Route for more interactions between young people from these two priority neighborhoods in the City Policy, the Leo Club association and Sandra Fleming who have enabled around twenty primary school children and teenagers from Saint-Martin to receive Christmas gifts during this evening brilliantly organized by the Sem Ta Route team. After the various shows whose sound system and lights were signed by NSL Electronics, the little ones, at the height of happiness, and the grown-ups gathered around a festive meal cooked by K Jay's Taste. The Sem Ta Route association, chaired by Aline Freedom and its many volunteers, once again proved during this event to what extent associative life is a real driving force in the heart of neighborhoods, that collaborations are the key to success in developing intergenerational diversity and that their dedicated work pays off: it was enough to see the joy on the children's faces. _VX
