The fourth edition of solidarity well-being associating Tania de Vitalita and the SXM Animals Collective was exceptionally held on Thursday, October 13, and did not fail to bring together followers of yoga and the defense of our four-legged companions. .
The concept of Yoga Karma Animals is now known to many, the animal cause association offers every second Saturday of the month a karma yoga session given in French and English by Tania, who guides participants towards well-being, and this on a voluntary basis. Each yogi, beginner or experienced, child or adult, also contributes to the noble cause of animals with a free endowment, so there is no fixed entry price, it is freely determined by each participant. The fourth edition, rescheduled due to rainy skies, was therefore held at the KKÔ Beach Club, with a view of the sea and the sound of the waves in your ears. The session ended as night fell, giving an even more soothing dimension to the experience. A dozen people lent themselves to the game of relaxation by following the yoga poses shown by Tania and who went to each one to rectify them if necessary, in all benevolence. The amount of donations collected amounted to €119, which matches what was donated by participants in previous editions. However, the SXM Animal Collective is sorely lacking in financial resources and donations in kind (food for dogs and cats) in order to continue its work of caring for stray animals, whether for care, vaccination, sterilization, administrative costs related to the identification of each animal as well as the cost of travel to take them to mainland France to be adopted or to join their foster family. In this regard, the association is still looking for travelers to escort dogs to France from Grand-Case on an Air Caraïbes flight. All costs are paid by the Collectif Animaux SXM, contact them if you are taking a plane to Paris soon and/or if you wish to make a donation to the association.
