The FEBECS (educational, cultural and sporting exchange fund) allows the financial support of expenses related to transport costs within the framework of educational, cultural or sporting exchanges.
It exclusively targets young people under 30 residing in the overseas departments. These can be trips to the metropolis or to the regional environment. The request relates to one or more trips made or planned during the year 2021.
The FEBECS intervenes primarily on projects emanating from associative organizations or schools. Individual requests from young people may also be eligible if they are part of an associative project.
The travel assistance request will be drawn up on CERFA form n ° 12156-05 (downloadable) accompanied by the annexed table detailed in detail.
