Chef Babette de Rozières has taken up a new challenge: she now concocts Creole dishes, which are renewed every month, for the airline company Air France. Since March 6, passengers have therefore the great pleasure of discovering on board certain flights the tasty cuisine of the founder of the French overseas gastronomy fair in Paris. This service - available until February 2018 - is offered on flights departing from Pointe-à-Pitre, Fort-de-France and Cayenne to Paris in the Business and premium Economy cabin, and also in the Business cabin on the network regional Caribbean, announced Air France.
