The 2018 PAC files are to be submitted from April 1 to May 15, 2018 for area assistance.
Since 2016, the declaration must be made exclusively on the Internet on the Telepac site, www.telepac.agriculture.gouv.fr
This secure and simplified online declaration allows each declarant to view his plots from photos, zoom in on the details, use numerous tools and send any supporting documents that may be necessary. Telepac also has interactive menus and alert messages at all stages to avoid reporting errors. Operators can find information on their letters and help in the “My data and documents” area of Telepac.
This year, Telepac's evolutions were focused on improvements for the benefit of operators, in particular on ergonomics by facilitating navigation or by pre-filling certain fields. Controls have also been added to make reporting more reliable and to avoid certain reporting errors.
CAUTION: certain methods for assessing the eligible area change in 2018 on areas with permanent meadows or pastures. Therefore, when evaluating the pro rata class applicable to areas of homogeneous density on your farm for the 2018 campaign, you are invited to take these new conditions into account.
