Beach Plaza case: public action against Jérôme Flahault is extinguished

It is an old old case, that of abuse of social good in the context of the acquisition of the Beach Plaza hotel in 2012 (now from the Beach) by Jérôme Flahault and Patrice Seguin.

She was recruited for the first time in June 2015. The respondent is Jérôme Flahault. His partner Patrice Seguin (against whom nothing will be held) filed a complaint against him for misuse of corporate property in June 2013.

The previous year, the two men decided to buy the Beach Plaza. Jérome Flahault makes the headlines of the local newspapers to present the project which amounts to some 17 million euros. He says that European funds and other public aid will be granted. On the other hand, it turns out that financing is difficult to obtain from banks. Jérome Flahault says he can find investors in the United States. But in vain.

Meanwhile Patrice Seguin becomes the director of the three companies that will allow the acquisition of the establishment. And will notice suspicious and unjustified movements of funds and file a complaint against his partner.

Investigators conduct investigations for several months. Jérôme Flahault is being sued. He was scheduled to appear in June 2015, but the case has been postponed several times. Jérôme Flahault died of a serious illness and died in November 2016 without being tried. Public action against him has been extinguished. (More details on www.soualigapost.com)
