- your important documents

- your health and / or vaccination record
• If you have young children plan everything you need:
- food (milk, bottle, small jars, etc.)
- comfort (plastic bowl, toiletries, change ...)
- medical (treatment during an emergency)
• If you are undergoing heavy medical treatment or if you have significant health problems:
- contact your doctor or the hospital, which will decide what to do
• When you leave your home:
- notify your neighbors, family and friends of your destination
- make your home as secure as possible (cut off electricity and gas, bring in mobile objects, etc.)
WARNINGS
In a safe shelter:
- the rules of life in society are rigorous (good citizenship, hygiene, friendliness, respect for others)
- alcohol and tobacco are prohibited
- the use of fire, weapons or sharp objects is prohibited
- confinement is mandatory and applies to all
