The proposals have been classified into seven themes: medical attractiveness and improvement of the environment and working conditions of healthcare professionals; health catch-up, territorial inequalities in health and territorial continuity; the financial situation of the EPS and the MIGs; strengthening dialogue with elected officials within the ARS; cooperation between the EPS of Guadeloupe and cooperation with the Caribbean; the unique situation of the northern islands; the place of the hospital in the context of the aging of the population.
Concerning Saint-Martin and Saint-Barthélemy, the Hospital Federation of Guadeloupe recommends that the Northern Islands has helicopter resources based on site for emergency evacuations and provides them with 5 critical care beds at the Hospital Center Louis Constant Fleming. _Soualiga.post.com
