The Territorial Fund for School Works (CTOS yesterday informed schools and parents of students of the closure of the central kitchen, due to the blockage operated by the strikers and their union.
They blocked access to the building, preventing non-striking workers from going to their place of work and preparing meals for school canteens. CTOS was therefore unable to prepare and deliver meals to schools yesterday morning.
The Collectivity and its School Works Fund would like to apologize to parents and schools for this dysfunction penalizing schools and students and firmly condemn these actions which do not comply with the law on the right to strike.
