Yesterday morning, around 8:50 am, a spectacular collision occurred between a mini bus and a motorbike in the Belle Plaine straight in the Quartier d'Orléans. The seriously injured motorcyclist was taken to hospital in critical condition.
According to the first elements of the investigation and the testimonies collected on the spot, the biker made an overtaking at the very moment when the driver of the mini bus was turning on his left. The shock was extremely violent. In his fall, the biker was dragged under the wheels of the vehicle.
At the time of reporting, the victim was rushed to the hospital for several surgeries.
