New regulations for the Marigot market

0

The members of the Executive Council adopted a new regulation for the Marigot market - comprising 71 articles - which replaces the previous one dating from 2005. Among the three zones, the tourist market - open to “subscribed” merchants - has 170 places distributed by field. The regulations indicate that 57 additional places have been created along the seafront and on the sidewalks. For “subscribed” locations, parking authorizations or permits are valid for one year (renewable). A 2-year authorization is possible if “the occupant regularly pays his fees over a minimum and consecutive period of at least 8 months, and this, without impact”. Note that a controller runs every day. _EH
